As the key commercial leader for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's commercial strategy and growth agenda. This involves leading a high-performing team, developing robust joint business plans, handling major contract negotiations, and collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure innovative and tailored solutions for the company's QSR clients.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and coach the QSR sales team to deliver high performance and capability development
Build strong partnerships with leading QSR customers, acting as the primary business contact
Negotiate long-term contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional deals
Manage trade spend and promotional investments effectively, ensuring ROI
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within the QSR channel
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
8 - 10 years of commercial/sales experience in FMCG or food industry
Minimum 5 years of experience managing QSR customers
Proven success in leading QSR key accounts (local and international brands)
