Job Description:

Team lead role for leading GPS Sales Team for Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) based in Mumbai. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing revenue streams, developing new business, and providing innovative cash management solutions to corporate clients.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and enhance existing revenue streams
Develop new revenue streams by identifying and selling innovative GPS solutions
Contribute to pricing, reviewing and negotiating cash management services
Act as lead sales representative on opportunities with key clients
Achieve income through new business origination
Manage client portfolio
Undertake sector/portfolio/client planning
Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders
Contribute to GPS pipeline
Generate referrals for other Global Businesses
Execute robust sales plan
Build and maintain close relationships with clients
Work with stakeholders to ensure positive client experience
Develop appropriate calling plan
Undertake professional presentations to customers

Requirements:

Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
Min 10 years experience in Transaction Banking
Demonstrated capability to structure complex onshore and outbound GPS solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage/acquire local corporates
Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment
