Job Description:

The AI Business Application Solutions (AI BAS) team is Microsoft’s high-impact Specialist Team (ST) within MCAPs Global Black Belt Organization leading the next wave of enterprise transformation—powered by AI. Our mission is to guide customers from legacy CRM and ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio, accelerating outcomes through Role-Based Copilots and Intelligent Agents. We combine deep industry expertise with rapid prototyping and solution delivery to help customers realize the full potential of AI—from embedded agents in every workflow to standalone agent platforms that drive competitive advantage. AIBAS-ST is the execution engine for Microsoft’s most strategic growth ambitions, transforming vision into impact and AI into revenue. We are excited to announce an opening for a key leadership role driving Microsoft’s FY26 AI Agent and D365 Core initiatives within the AI Business Applications Specialist Team (AI BAS ST). This role - AI Agent and D365 Platform Leader, will lead our most strategic growth initiative: positioning Copilot Studio as the enterprise agent platform of choice and accelerating AI adoption for rapid value realization. You will also oversee the replacement of legacy systems of record with D365. The leader will be responsible for executing $50M in revenue across M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and CE/ERP workloads and ensuring we lead and deploy agents across Salesforce Replacement, ERP Accelerate, and Contact Center initiatives. This position requires a proven leader with deep AI fluency, strong GTM and program execution experience, and the ability to drive field and partner adoption through rapid prototyping, reusable agent templates, and industry-aligned solution development. Success in this role will directly impact Microsoft’s competitive position against Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Genesys, Google, Palantir, and other emerging AI platforms—and is core to our path toward $1B in net new ACV in FY27. If you are passionate about transforming the enterprise through AI, driving meaningful customer outcomes, and scaling one of Microsoft’s most ambitious FY26 initiatives—we want to hear from you. Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead execution for Copilot Studio opportunities while replacing legacy CRM and ERP systems with D365 with a goal of $50M+ in FY26 revenue
  • Create, scale, and manage customer-facing AI agent prototypes that showcase differentiated business outcomes
  • Build and execute a competitive displacement strategy against Google, Palantir, and other AI-first platforms
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Field to align on agent flows, MVP features, and co-development paths
  • Own the strategy and execution of reusable agent templates (e.g., Voice Agent, Sales Chat, Qualification Agent) to scale field motion
  • Evangelize agent-based selling across Microsoft’s field and partner ecosystem
  • Leverage Partners, AI BAST Technical Architect, FDE, and FastTrack to accelerate solution delivery, from pilot to production
  • Prioritize investments and partner engagement strategies for Copilot Studio-certified delivery teams

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, or cloud GTM leadership
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft’s ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, and M365
  • Expertise in generative AI, intelligent agents, and large language model applications
  • Track record of launching and scaling strategic programs with revenue accountability
  • Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and field sales teams to drive execution
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence skills
