Nuuvia is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Sales Executive with strong business acumen and natural sales instincts to join our growing Sales organization. In this role, you will drive new business, expand market presence, and help financial institutions modernize how they engage the next generation of customers. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic hunter who thrives on building relationships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering impactful technology solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, social selling, and in-person meetings)
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
  • Effectively position Nuuvia’s solutions by addressing technical, budgetary, and competitive considerations
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems
  • Qualify and convert inbound leads through timely and strategic follow up
  • Deliver consistent reporting on pipeline health, sales performance, and key metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate software, SaaS sales, or business development
  • Experience selling into financial institutions (community banks, credit unions, or regional banks strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
  • Willingness to travel within your territory (approximately 50%)
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
