Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive for one of the leading MNC players in the FMCG space. This position based in Kuching covering total Sarawak requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and grow sales across the entire Sarawak region, managing and building strong partnerships with existing customers while actively acquiring new ones
Market & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis, planning and executing promotional activities to drive brand growth
Performance & Inventory Management: Achieve sales targets, ensure account profitability, and closely monitor distributor inventory, return stocks, and slow-moving items
Impactful Insight & Foresight: Translate market observations into actionable insights, providing crucial sales forecasts and reports that shape future strategies and drive informed decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience
General Trade (GT) and distributor management experience is essential
Experience managing a team
Results-oriented with a strong business acumen
