Job Description:

A progressive and well-recognised property developer with a long-standing presence in the industry is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join their growing team. Known for delivering innovative developments in prime locations, the company is expanding its footprint and looking for passionate individuals to be part of its exciting journey.

Job Responsibility:

Promote and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties
Attend to walk-in customers and conduct site/property tours
Participate in new project launches, roadshows, and property exhibitions
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property sales or a similar industry
In-depth understanding of property sales processes, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as needed
