The Role As Assistant Sales Manager, you will: Drive Regional Growth: Expand sales in Northern Malaysia, secure new business, and win strategic projects. Manage Key Accounts: Grow global accounts in collaboration with international sales teams. Consultative Selling: Offer tailored packaging solutions, including sustainable “green” materials. Lead Projects End-to-End: From consultation and quotation to negotiation and project execution. Support Operations & ESG: Manage CRM, ERP, and promote eco-friendly packaging initiatives. Oversee Finance & Team: Ensure cash flow and coach junior team members for regional performance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent sales experience
Availability for regular business travel
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial packaging
