As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to close. You’ll represent Voluum at key global events, conduct tailored product demos, and build strong partnerships with customers in performance marketing, media buying, and adjacent industries. Your work will have a direct impact on Voluum’s revenue growth and global presence, shaping how new customers discover and adopt our technology.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
Prospecting new clients through outbound activities and international conferences
Handling inbound SQLs from SDRs, BDRs, and marketing
Presenting Voluum through compelling, value‑driven demos
Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintaining accurate pipeline management in HubSpot or similar CRMs
Building long‑term relationships and identifying upsell/expansion opportunities
Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
Staying ahead of industry trends in ad tech, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in mid‑to‑senior B2B digital sales, ideally SaaS
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Outstanding communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Confidence in leading product demo calls
Strong understanding of sales cycles, negotiation frameworks, and closing techniques
Familiarity with BANT or similar qualification methodologies
Proficiency with tools such as: HubSpot or other CRMs, Freshdesk/Zendesk, Teams/Zoom, Telegram/WhatsApp, Outlook/Gmail & Calendars
Enthusiasm for attending global conferences (Miami, Barcelona, Bangkok, etc.)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of affiliate marketing, iGaming, or media buying
