Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for selling all portfolio of K2 services
  • Demonstrate independence in making business decisions relating to generating clients and placing resources for permanent or contract opportunities
  • Ability to expand business and sell independently across K2’s entire service portfolio
  • Management of the recruitment sales and engagement function and the wider team to deliver against sales targets and long-term strategic growth
  • Demonstrate awareness of market trends and general business conditions which could impact or drive the growth of existing business
  • Interact with a team of recruiters to successfully identify candidates to drive quality recruitment in a time sensitive environment
  • Hit individual daily, monthly, individual and team targets
  • Develop, drive, and execute search strategies as well as nurture own network of market-leading professionals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in other areas of the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years working in a recruitment or technical recruitment role
  • Time Management skills
  • Proven track record of results in the IT Recruitment space
  • Knowledge of Solution Sales techniques
  • Ability to develop new client generating and Recruitment strategies
  • Participation in events
  • Solution oriented and integrity
  • Languages: Advanced English
