As a Senior Sales Executive at Bar Code India, you will act as a vital link between customer needs and our cutting-edge AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions. Your role will involve pre- and post-sales engagement, technical consultation, solution presentations, and driving hardware & Software sales including barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and associated software.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend customized solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and software
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, simplifying technical features for decision-makers
Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including system integration guidance and post-sales troubleshooting
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs, contributing to successful contract closures
Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams to influence future enhancements
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in barcode and RFID
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional business development efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in Senior Sales Executive, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode, RFID, or Pharma sector
Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners, and related software
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management system integration
Understanding of barcode symbologies, RFID protocols, and industry standards
Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
Exposure to automation systems, including machine vision cameras and IoT-based solutions, is a strong plus
