Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive at Bar Code India, you will act as a vital link between customer needs and our cutting-edge AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions. Your role will involve pre- and post-sales engagement, technical consultation, solution presentations, and driving hardware & Software sales including barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and associated software.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend customized solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and software
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, simplifying technical features for decision-makers
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including system integration guidance and post-sales troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships
  • Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs, contributing to successful contract closures
  • Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams to influence future enhancements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in barcode and RFID
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to regional business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Senior Sales Executive, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode, RFID, or Pharma sector
  • Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners, and related software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management system integration
  • Understanding of barcode symbologies, RFID protocols, and industry standards
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Exposure to automation systems, including machine vision cameras and IoT-based solutions, is a strong plus
