Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and ambitious Sales Intern to join our dynamic sales team. This is a hands-on, field-intensive role perfect for an individual who is eager to learn the ropes of B2B technology sales from the ground up. You will be the face of our company, visiting potential clients daily, building relationships, and directly contributing to our growth in the Mumbai and Pune region. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) sales cycle and has the potential to convert into a full-time position for exceptional performers.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B clients, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, and cafes within the assigned territory
  • Client Visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet with key decision-makers to introduce our company and products
  • Product Demonstration: Learn the core features and benefits of our IT products and deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, professional relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized record of all sales activities using our CRM software
  • Market Feedback: Gather valuable feedback from the market and clients to share with the product and marketing teams
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and field visit outcomes to the Sales Manager
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets for meetings and lead qualification

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA, MBA, BHM, or similar fields are preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Marathi is highly desirable
  • A high-energy, self-starting individual with a go-getter attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a sales career
  • Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the Pimpri-Chinchwad and Pune area on a daily basis
  • Owning a vehicle is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • Genuine interest in technology and software products
  • Confident, resilient, persuasive, and highly organized

  • Working closely with the delivery teams ensure that optimum client service is delivered to all our clients to ensure repeat bookings
