Senior Sales Executive develops and implements sales strategies to sell products and services to new large group accounts or government programs in an assigned business segment. Performs business development activities in pursuit of new growth channels and identifies potential new clients in a specified territory. High influence on sales and retention business.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to sell products and services to new large group accounts or government programs
Perform business development activities in pursuit of new growth channels
Identify potential new clients in specified territory
Prepare and analyze sales forecasts and results reports
Support sales revenue target setting and forecasting
Collaborate with sales, IT and finance to develop reporting requirements
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
Develop and nurture client relationships
Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales goals and performance metrics
Consult on value proposition of company's products and services
Develop and present proposals
Negotiate contracts
Analyze sales data to identify trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
Interview and select new team members
Facilitate onboarding process
Mentor team members
Requirements:
5-7 years of relevant healthcare sales industry experience
TPA experience highly preferred
Ability to explain relevant process elements and issues in relation to organizational issues and trends
Persuasive Presentation Skills demonstrating value and moving client to purchase
Ability to successfully negotiate with internal/external clients to achieve profitable wins in market
Complete understanding of business financials, products, and services
Ability to travel within North Texas
Established relationships with Brokers in North Texas
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience
