You’ll focus on winning new clients across the UK, combining self-generated opportunities with a steady flow of warm inbound and partner-led leads. This is a consultative sale, engaging directly with business owners, managers, and senior decision-makers to understand their commercial challenges and position a tailored payments solution. You’ll own the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close supported by marketing, onboarding, and operational teams.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new business acquisition within UK (Europe to follow)
Manage a pipeline of self-sourced and warm inbound opportunities
Run structured, consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
Present and articulate a specialist payment proposition clearly and credibly
Consistently convert opportunities into long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting via CRM
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience in a new business / hunter-led role
Comfortable selling a solution rather than a commodity
Strong commercial instincts and confidence dealing with senior decision-makers
Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a full sales cycle independently
Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated services
