This is a hands-on senior sales role within an early-stage fintech operating at the intersection of payments, risk and advanced analytics. The business is backed by a top-tier venture investor, has a small, globally distributed team, and is helping payment companies understand merchant risk in far more depth, to then use that insight to enable growth. They are now looking for a proven, senior individual contributor to personally drive revenue across Europe and Latin America, with scope to influence global expansion over time.
Job Responsibility:
Owning and delivering revenue targets across Europe and Latin America
Leading complex, consultative sales cycles with acquirers, payment facilitators and payment platforms
Engaging senior commercial, risk, compliance and technical stakeholders
Building go-to-market approaches and sales materials alongside leadership
Acting as the voice of the customer internally - shaping product and roadmap priorities
Representing the business at key industry events and conferences
Supporting the early foundations of marketing and brand presence
Requirements:
7+ years in quota-carrying sales roles within payments or adjacent fintech
