The Senior Sales Executive (Greece) is responsible for driving the growth of Tototheo’s Integrated Service and Bridge Solutions (ISB) portfolio through proactive customer engagement, solution-based selling, and a consultative approach to client needs. As a senior member of the sales team, the role requires an experienced commercial professional with a deep understanding of the maritime (or relevant) technology market and the initiative to identify opportunities, engage strategically with clients, and collaborate internally to ensure successful delivery. While not a managerial role, this position is expected to lead by example in professionalism, pipeline management, and customer experience.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across direct sales and partner/reseller channels
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closings, ensuring value-based proposals
Maintain deep knowledge of ISB services, bridge equipment solutions, and value propositions
Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts, building trust and long-term relationships
Understand customer challenges and tailor solutions accordingly
Collaborate with Customer Success Executives to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support
Coordinate with ISB Specialist and Channel Manager to align on technical, regulatory, and partner-related aspects
Provide structured feedback to the Product and Business Development teams based on customer interactions
Work closely with Logistics & Fulfilment to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders
Maintain accurate records in CRM regarding leads, opportunities, meetings, proposals, and updates
Provide sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates as required
Proactively identify risks or delays in the sales process and propose solutions
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Represent Tototheo at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the maritime, telecom, or technical services sector
Proven track record in solution selling and account growth
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Self-driven and goal-oriented, with strong initiative and ownership mindset
Fluent in Greek and English
