A rapidly growing financial technology business is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth across its Capital Markets client base. This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on expanding existing strategic accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of established, tier-one financial institution relationships, with significant opportunity to generate revenue through account expansion and cross-selling initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic Capital Markets accounts across EMEA
Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue within existing clients
Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities across the region
Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships within financial institutions
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to close
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, client challenges, and competitive dynamics
Requirements
Proven track record in Capital Markets technology sales
Solutions-led sales experience preferred over product-only sales backgrounds
Experience selling into banks, brokerages, trading firms, or other financial institutions
Strong relationship management and business development capabilities
Existing network within FX markets would be highly advantageous
Demonstrable success in managing enterprise sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
