We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of B2B solution sales experience, specifically within the industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering BCI’s advanced solutions in supply chain automation, traceability, and enterprise mobility.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the industry
Understand customer pain points and position BCI’s solutions to address them effectively
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept discussions with key stakeholders
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at OEMs
Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, Product, and Delivery) to deliver value-driven proposals
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in B2B solution sales
Strong experience in cold calling, field prospecting, and lead generation
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and market dynamics in the automotive ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with barcode/RFID, enterprise mobility, or supply chain solutions
