Operating at a senior executive level, this pure hunter role is designed to spearhead regional customer acquisition and build a sustainable project pipeline. You will take full command of early-stage corporate accounts while serving as the primary commercial bridge between international clients and internal production teams.
Job Responsibility
Identify, qualify, and secure new high-value business pipelines and corporate accounts across Southeast Asia
Manage complex manufacturing project lifecycles from initial Request for Quote (RFQ) to Start of Production (SOP)
Act as the strategic liaison between multi-national clients and internal engineering, quality, and production teams
Guide, mentor, and oversee the daily operational output of a junior commercial team member
Gather regional market intelligence within target automotive and consumer appliance sectors to drive business strategies
Requirements
Proven successful B2B commercial sales or business development experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven track record in a 'hunter' capacity with a background in new client acquisition and regional account conversion
Strong leadership baseline with practical experience guiding, monitoring, or mentoring subordinates
Experience handling international corporate clients, with an understanding of global business practices or foreign stakeholder environments
Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
