This position plays a critical role in driving pre-sales activities by influencing purchasing decisions during the early design stages of commercial projects. You will act as the key technical liaison, securing brand specifications with decision-makers to build a strong pipeline.
Job Responsibility
Drive regional pre-sales and specification coverage to expand corporate market share
Engage and build strong networks with architects, quantity surveyors, and interior designers
Present technical product solutions and provide accurate engineering or design calculations for projects
Monitor market trends and identify upcoming public and private commercial development projects
Manage customer queries effectively and leverage a comprehensive project database to secure business
Requirements
Prior sales, business development, or specification experience within the building materials or construction industry
Proven track record of networking with architects, design consultants, or contractors
Technical aptitude with the ability to present product specifications and technical details clearly
Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with strong relationship-management skills
A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field
