As a Senior Sales Manager, you will maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance. This includes identifying new opportunities, suggesting profit-increasing strategies, and demonstrating cost reductions and service improvements. You will expand our market presence by developing and penetrating competitors' accounts, and you will be responsible for achieving your area's targets and goals. By staying current on industry trends and competitors, you will identify product improvements or new products. You will prepare reports, provide accurate monthly sales forecasts, and maintain your professional knowledge through continuous learning. This position is crucial for driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring our competitive edge in the market.
Job Responsibility
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
Provides LVD products, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests
Maintaining and increasing sales of LVD products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
recommending solutions
Conduct sales presentation and value added solutions to customers when deemed required
Responsible for the entire Pre-Sales and Post Sales process (from Sales call > Quote > PO > Contract > Payment Terms > Delivery > Installation Coordination > FAC)
As when needed, extend support to Service Department on machine failure during warranty period or service issues as team effort to accomplish positive results
Responsible for machines sales collection with the support from Administration
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing LVD organization standards
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company
Requirements
Graduate with Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (Engineering is preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in Sales & Services
Prior experience in heavy industrial sales and/or services is preferred
A valid class D driving licence
Proficient in MS Office
