Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team in the EMEA region. This role is crucial in driving Airship's growth by providing expert technical pre-sales support, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to architect high business value solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations of the Airship platform to prospective customers
Develop a deep understanding of Airship technologies and how they can be applied to solve customer challenges
Collaborate effectively with the sales team, product team, and other internal stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives and provide seamless customer experiences
Partner with customers during the pre-sales process to understand their business needs, conduct solution discovery, and map business outcomes to Airship products
Contribute to the development of responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals)
Provide ongoing technical consultation and support to customers throughout their evaluation and purchasing journey
Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating Airship's commitment to delivering high-value engagements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in mobile and web engagement

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within the mobile or marketing technology space
Fluency in both English and French is required
Strong technical background relating to mobile apps, web, email, sms and experience using REST APIs
Hands-on experience with mobile applications, web technologies, and APIs
Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear and concise manner
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development
Experience in solution architecture and designing technical solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!
