We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Sales Engineer to manage and grow our industrial components business in the territory. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and technical solutioning to negotiations and payment collection.
Job Responsibility:
Achieve targets for sales volume, order booking, and market share
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction
Conduct 30+ customer meetings per month to identify new opportunities
Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales tactics
Manage the CRM database, oversee order confirmations, and ensure timely receivables
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
5+ years in industrial sales (Capital Goods or Consumables), preferably within an MNC
Strong Value Selling ability
technical grasp of production processes
excellent negotiation skills
Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned region
