Job Responsibility
Representing the company to established and prospective clients across the region
Developing bespoke technical solutions based on customer needs and product capability
Preparing and presenting sales proposals and commercial recommendations
Managing and growing strong commercial relationships with key accounts
Developing new business opportunities and supporting account expansion
Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data
Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Proven technical sales experience
Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Experience building and sustaining long-term client relationships
Competence in CRM software and pipeline management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
A proactive, commercially aware, and solutions-led mindset
Experience within HVAC, engineering, or construction would be highly advantageous
