In this role you will be responsible for driving distributor growth and market share by managing performance, fostering customer engagement, and coordinating with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Job Responsibility:
Monitor and review distributor performance at both customer and product levels to ensure high service standards
Identify opportunities for customer engagement and actively participate in sales initiatives to drive business growth
Develop and execute distributor training programs, ensuring adherence to reporting and forecasting routines
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Supply Chain, Marcom, Application Engineering) to align on business objectives and ensure seamless execution
Strengthen Company's market presence by promoting key product lines, conducting joint customer visits, and driving adoption of industrial automation solutions
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights for business planning and product positioning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering with 8 – 12 years of experience in Pneumatics & electric automation sales
Proven experience in Channel Sales, Distribution sales & management with strong ability to analyze customer needs and drive business growth
Strong communication skills, self-driven and adaptable, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS
