Job Description

As the technical backbone of our commercial business, this role bridges the gap between complex engineering concepts and strategic project sales. Working alongside our established equipment sales team, you will step in to pitch high-value prefabricated building solutions that complement our core technology.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide advanced technical sales data, including structural layouts, space optimization, and engineering proposals
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on prefabricated structural solutions and modular building frameworks
  • Coordinate across internal project personnel, drafters, and installation crews to ensure seamless structural component execution
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches to farm owners and agro-food corporations regarding structural integrity and ventilation layouts
  • Handle extensive regional business travel across Asia to survey project footprints and meet clients on-site
  • Formulate accurate project documentation, engineering quotations, and regular cross-functional field reports

Requirements

  • Solid technical background in building structural engineering, construction management, or prefabrication systems
  • Proven experience handling light steel building structures, prefabrication, or industrial compression layouts
  • Exceptional sales charisma with an aggressive attitude toward winning corporate accounts
  • Strong technical communication skills to break down structural load capacities and design layouts for non-technical buyers
  • Flexibility to easily navigate extensive business travel demands across regional borders
