Job Responsibility:
Own and grow institutional relationships across hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and family offices
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex crypto and Web3 products
Translate institutional client needs into tailored solutions in partnership with product, research, and engineering teams
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and private investor meetings
Build long-term strategic partnerships and maintain a robust revenue pipeline
Requirements:
Must be based in London, New York, Zurich, Singapore or Dubai
7+ years of institutional sales experience in banking, hedge funds, or trading firms
Strong background in equity derivatives, structured products, or capital markets
1-5 years of direct Web3/crypto sales experience
Proven track record of closing large, complex institutional deals
Deep understanding of institutional decision-making and compliance processes
Existing institutional network strongly preferred
Nice to have:
Experience selling crypto derivatives, structured products, or DeFi solutions
Familiarity with OTC desks, prime brokerage, or market infrastructure
Experience working in a fast-growth startup environment
