You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through high-quality lead generation, outbound prospecting and sales execution. This is a senior-level SDR role with real influence, you’ll not only generate and qualify opportunities but also mentor other SDRs and help shape prospecting strategy across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities
Build targeted prospect lists and engage decision-makers
Use a multi-channel outreach approach (phone, email, LinkedIn, social selling)
Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges
Book high-quality meetings and demos for the senior sales team
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for activity, meetings booked and pipeline
Deliver product demonstrations
Complete partner agreements, onboarding, and order forms
Manage the launch and onboarding of new auction customers
Deliver customer training
Mentor and support others SDRs, sharing best practice
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, business development or lead generation (B2B preferred) is essential
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
Strong experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Previous mentoring or coaching experience is desirable
Confident, persuasive communicator
Relationship-focused with strong commercial awareness
Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
