We are expanding our Sales Development team in Prague and are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative who is passionate about driving pipeline growth and mentoring others. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, and supporting the development of the SDR function as we scale.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect into assigned target accounts using a mix of outbound channels (calls, LinkedIn, email)
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, turning them into high-quality opportunities for the Sales team
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on account strategies, messaging, and hand-off processes
Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations
Overcome objections, tailor messaging to prospect needs, and guide them through early stages of the sales funnel
Consistently meet or exceed opportunity creation quotas and daily outreach targets
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and lead data in Salesforce.com
Provide feedback to improve messaging, outreach tactics, and processes across the SDR function
Serve as a peer mentor for junior SDRs, sharing best practices and assisting in onboarding efforts
Participate in regular team meetings and training to continuously refine your skills
Adhere to internal controls and contribute to a culture of high performance and accountability
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role, ideally within the SaaS or DevOps space
Familiarity with Salesforce Ecosystem, DevOps practices, or CI/CD tools
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding outbound activity and qualified opportunity goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and outreach tools
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Eagerness to coach or support junior teammates as a peer mentor
