We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR) to help us achieve our ambitious goals within the DACH market. As a Senior SDR, you must be a persevering and focused professional. Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your focus will be feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging with prospective Perk customers. Job Responsibility:
Become a product expert across our entire T&E platform and understand our buying personas' needs and challenges
Multi-channel outbound with strategic messaging to prospects within the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Partner closely with sales and marketing to create and launch targeted outbound campaigns
Conduct in-depth qualification calls to thoroughly qualify potential clients, using established criteria to ensure alignment between their business challenges and our solution's value proposition
Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that Perk provides
Take ownership of peer enablement initiatives, actively guiding and mentoring new SDRs
Requirements:
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written
Being a native German with high fluency in English is a must
A goal-oriented person with strong character and perseverance
Hungry and ambitious, yet ethical and sound
Highly collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong, productive partnerships with Sales Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and maximized pipeline conversion
You have a customer-centric mindset
You are proactive and capable of thinking outside the box to generate leads
You must have legal authorization to work in Spain
Existing experience in SaaS Sales / Sales Development desired
