We are seeking a Sales Coach to lead the coaching and training of Contact Centre teams in Turkey, focusing on Vodafone’s Consumer tariff portfolio. This role is pivotal in enhancing sales effectiveness, product knowledge, and customer engagement through structured training programmes, on-site coaching, and continuous development initiatives. The individual will also act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, contributing to the growth and performance of sales teams.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver targeted coaching and training to Contact Centre personnel on Vodafone’s Consumer tariff portfolio and related administrative processes
Design and implement product training sessions, including value propositions, unique selling points, and competitive comparisons
Conduct workshops and training for all relevant sales roles, including onboarding programmes for new joiners and career changers
Facilitate telephone training, webinars, and digital learning formats to support hybrid learning environments
Provide on-site coaching to strengthen cross-selling techniques across mobile and fixed-line products
Collaborate with Vodafone’s central teams and training departments to align content and strategy
Support leadership development by sharing coaching and feedback methodologies with team leaders
Develop and manage external sales coaches and trainers
Continuously optimise training content and methods based on feedback and market trends
Maintain close communication with internal departments for resource planning and performance tracking
Requirements:
University degree in business, communications, or a related field, or minimum 4 years’ experience in telecom sales
Certified trainer and coach from a recognised institution
Native-level German fluency in written and spoken language
Proven experience in direct sales of telecom products and services
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
Familiarity with internal processes and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in B2C or B2B telecom sales is advantageous
High level of conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and analytical ability
Strong interpersonal skills, team orientation, and commitment to quality
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on sales performance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Reliable, responsible, and adaptable to diverse personalities
Proficiency in digital and multimedia tools
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
