Sales Associate – DefenseTech – USA, West Florida. Darwin has partnered with an ambitious early-stage DefenseTech start-up with huge potential. Currently expanding into developing autonomous systems, this is an excellent opportunity to join their new and growing maritime division. They are looking for a Sales Associate to support growth in 2026. The Sales Associate will play a central role in supporting commercial growth by managing customer interactions, developing new leads, and assisting with day-to-day sales activities. Working onsite alongside the Sales Director and engineering teams, this role acts as a vital link between customers and the business, bridging technical and commercial discussions.

Contributing to the sales lifecycle
Ensuring clear, effective communication across all stakeholders
Requirements:
At least three years of experience in sales, ideally within Maritime or the Defense sector
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
Able to work full-time onsite in West Florida
Valid driver’s license with the flexibility to travel for client meetings, demonstrations, and site visits
