Be given expert product knowledge to stay up to date with latest store ranges and promotions
Take ownership with Custom, customer and wedding appointments
Support Store Supervisor with inducting, training and coaching Sales Assistants
Maximise every sales opportunity to ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved and exceeded
Deliver high visual merchandising standards
Ensure store housekeeping standards are continually achieved
Adhere to company VM, Health & Safety guidelines and security processes
Process deliveries, transfers and merchandise quickly, accurately and efficiently
