We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Analyst who will play a key role in analyzing sell-in performance, supporting commercial execution, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze sell-in performance across sales channels and build monthly / quarterly trend views
Develop and continuously improve forecasting models by SKU, customer, and channel
Conduct gap analysis vs. plan and provide clear recommendations to commercial teams
Track distribution and availability of key SKUs
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and leadership-ready decks
Support sales teams with data-driven decision-making and planning
Identify market and growth opportunities through advanced analytics
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in FMCG analytics, sales performance or commercial finance
University degree
Strong expertise in Excel and Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)
Solid understanding of FMCG channels (KA / WHS / HRC), listing logic, and promo mechanics
Strong stakeholder management skills
High analytical accuracy with a clear results-oriented mindset
