Job Responsibility

Provide administrative support to the Vice President, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Create and manage sales quotes using company systems, maintaining a high level of accuracy
Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions and data
Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
Respond promptly to team and customer inquiries, typically within one hour
Participate in daily team meetings, sharing updates and contributing to team goals
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a productive environment
Assist with cross-training initiatives to enhance team versatility and collaboration
Step in to support other team members during absences or to help achieve company objectives
Perform all responsibilities with a positive attitude and a strong focus on teamwork
