As a Sales Account Manager at NTS Singapore, you are the primary interface for assigned customer accounts, responsible for day-to-day sales operations, customer relationship management, and commercial support. You work closely with the Global Account Manager, internal teams, and key customer stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. In this role, you contribute to both account retention and expansion through proactive engagement and high-quality service.
Job Responsibility:
Manage assigned customer accounts by coordinating order fulfilment, overseeing daily sales operations, and responding promptly to customer needs
Build and sustain strong relationships with key commercial and technical customer contacts to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Support the Global Account Manager on strategic initiatives, including data gathering, account development, and sales planning activities
Prepare and process quotations, RFQs, pricing requests, and sales proposals with accuracy and timeliness
Track orders, monitor delivery schedules, and coordinate internal communication to resolve operational issues efficiently
Address customer inquiries on products, order status, expedites, and post-sales matters, including complaints or escalations
Gather market insights and customer feedback to support sales strategies and account growth opportunities
Maintain accurate records of account activities, including contacts, orders, proposals, and follow-ups
Assist in sales forecasting, reporting, and preparing periodic business reviews with customers and internal stakeholders
Contribute to identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management within the semiconductor, electronics, or industrial sectors
