Assurit is currently seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer (ICAM) to support one of our clients. The Senior SailPoint Prod Ops Resource will support the ICAM Workstream by resolving Tier 2/3 development issues and assisting with enhancements and change requests for system owners. The SailPoint Prod Ops Resource will coordinate with developers, product owners and client system owners daily to ensure system stability and successful implementation of changes. A successful SailPoint Prod Ops Resource will be experienced in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and have a strong understanding of SailPoint and identity management concepts. The ideal candidate is comfortable with unstructured days, can work independently, and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The position is full-time remote with flexible hours.
Job Responsibility
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations as a developer with proficiency in Java
Investigating and resolving complex technical issues escalated from the A1 Help Desk, including root cause analysis and documentation of findings
Collaborating with system owners to refine requirements and implement enhancements or change requests in SailPoint
Managing and prioritizing incoming development user stories, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders
Maintaining detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and process improvements
Proactively identifying recurring issues and recommending long-term solutions
Participating in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve support processes
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience
CISA, cyber security (e.g., IAT II or CISSP), or similar IT professional certification required
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience in troubleshooting technical issues in enterprise environments
Willingness and ability to learn SailPoint and identity management concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Understanding of key Identity and Access Management concepts
Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement
