Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer (Back-end / Ruby) to help build and scale the product, define the roadmap, and find the best technical solutions. Reporting to the Tech Lead and working with the CTO, product team, and engineering team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs
  • Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations
  • Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
  • Recent experience with Ruby-on-Rails is mandatory
  • Experience in tech scale-ups or any similarly agile and fast-paced environment
  • Experience on large-scale products where your code was used by thousands of monthly users
  • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
  • Ownership and commitment
  • Doer mindset
  • User-centricity
  • Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content

Nice to have:

  • Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps…)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
