Job Description:

Senior Software Engineer (Back-end / Ruby) to help build and scale the product. Opportunity to help define the roadmap and find the best technical solutions. Reporting directly to the Tech Lead.

Job Responsibility:

  • Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs
  • Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations
  • Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
  • Recent experience with Ruby-on-Rails is mandatory
  • Experience in tech scale-ups or any similarly agile and fast-paced environment
  • Experience on large-scale products where your code was used by thousands of monthly users
  • Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
  • Ownership and commitment
  • Doer mindset
  • User-centricity
  • Comfortable building products that are based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW)

Nice to have:

  • Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps…)
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
