Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior RPA Developer to join our Automation team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath, working across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment, and production support. With a growing pipeline of RPA and AI-driven automation projects across the business, there's no shortage of interesting work. Job Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio
  • Assess automation opportunities and contribute to solution design
  • Complete thorough testing across development and production environments
  • Implement enhancements and change requests through structured change control
  • Support and maintain existing automations in production
  • Document automation designs and technical specifications
  • Manage own workload with clear prioritisation
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve productivity
  • Communicate effectively through change management cycles

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience developing automations with UiPath
  • Solid understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and attended/unattended automation patterns
  • SQL proficiency for data querying and validation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Enterprise
  • Familiarity with Agile practices and Git version control
  • Strong problem-solving and system testing skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to write clear technical documentation

Nice to have

  • Experience with UiPath AI Centre and Document Understanding
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools
  • Exposure to Databricks, Salesforce, or API integrations
