Senior Risk Analytics Consultant

• Analyze merchant data and develop credit risk and fraud risk strategies to manage underwriting and ongoing monitoring
• Identify emerging fraud patterns and risk trends using advanced analytics
• Utilize machine learning models, statistical techniques, and predictive analytics to enhance risk assessment
• Develop and implement early warning strategies for high-risk merchants
• Optimize risk thresholds on existing underwriting and monitoring strategies based on data-driven insights
• Collaborate with product, operations, data science teams and other internal stakeholders to refine merchant onboarding and monitoring frameworks
• Design, automate, and maintain risk dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key risk indicators
• Provide regular risk insights to leadership, helping shape risk policies and business strategies
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in risk metrics and reporting methodologies
• Support initiatives to protect the payments ecosystem from fraud, abuse, and financial losses
• Work with product and engineering teams to implement risk controls
• Effectively communicate complex risk findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 4+ years of Risk Analytics experience
• Strong experience in data analytics, risk management, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Python or R or SAS tools
• Knowledge of financial services risk management, merchant services business, credit risk and/or fraud risk
• Experience with risk modeling, machine learning, or predictive analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
