Job Description:

Senior Risk Analytics Consultant in Fraud Risk Analytics as part of Corporate Risk. The team is responsible for building centralized framework of managing fraud losses across customer lifecycle driving better fraud mitigation, setting a higher bar on controls and consistency across LOBs and providing speed to market in identification and mitigation of fraud attacks through use of sophisticated analytical tools and models.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives
Deliver insight and decision strategies within analytics and reporting
Contribute to large-scale planning related to Risk Analytics
Review and analyze moderately complex data aggregation, forecasting, reporting, and programming models
Be responsible for process production, data reconciliation, and model documentation
Resolve data, production, business modeling issues
Collaborate and consult with peers, experienced managers, compliance, and technology
Lead projects, teams, and mentor less experienced staff
Partner with cross enterprise risk analysts in development of common modeling strategies

Requirements:

4+ years of Risk Analytics experience or equivalent
Expertise in programming and statistical packages - SAS, SQL, VBA, Macros, R, Python, E-miner, Tableau and/or SAS VA
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced expertise in MS office tools including Excel and PowerPoint
Understanding of deposit banking products with ability to recognize vulnerabilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with experience interfacing with all levels of stakeholders
Strategic thinker that excels in business and risk acumen
Ability to develop and manage business relationships

Nice to have:

3+ years of direct experience in risk management
Demonstrated analytics experience particularly focused on using data to identify areas of opportunity within banking products
