Job Responsibility

  • Deliver the Integrated Assurance Plan by agreeing review scopes, executing reviews, and producing high-quality final reports
  • Define and monitor risk appetite, tolerances, and key risk indicators (KRIs), reporting outcomes to management committees and the Board
  • Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), ensuring it is a value-adding tool that informs risk-based decision making
  • Support due diligence on strategic transactions (e.g. RITC, M&A)
  • Monitor emerging risks and market trends, assessing their impact on MS Amlin and the wider Lloyd’s market

Requirements

  • Actuarial experience in Underwriting/Portfolio Management or Reserving/Capital
  • Knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market and its regulatory landscape
  • Exposure to Outwards Reinsurance or Exposure Management
  • Experience of Risk Management or Validation
