The Senior Reward Specialist is responsible for executing and supporting reward programs and solutions with a focus on operational excellence, system automation, and process improvement. This role is part of the Reward Solutions team to deliver high-quality reward programs through Workday optimization and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Execute annual reward cycles
Administer day-to-day processes
Maintain data integrity in Workday
Support Workday configuration changes
Test system enhancements and validate quality
Document processes and updates
Generate standard reports
Maintain databases
Conduct data quality checks and basic analysis
Support identification of automation opportunities
Support implementation of automation tools
Create documentation
Assist on projects
Coordinate activities and track deliverables
Participate in process improvements
Respond to inquiries on reward policies
Support People Partners
Coordinate with People Operations and Finance
Requirements:
2 - 4 years of experience preferably in Total Rewards, alternatively in Finance, Analytics, or Project Management roles
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Solid Excel skills
Willingness to learn automation tools
Basic understanding of compensation principles and reward program administration
