Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with clients across a range of industries to design, model and implement effective reward strategies aligned to organisational objectives
  • Provide analytical insight into compensation structures, incentive design, and employee benefits programmes
  • Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking, data modelling, and reward analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to projects spanning pay equity, executive compensation, job architecture and total reward frameworks

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward, analytics or compensation consulting-ideally within a professional services or corporate reward environment
  • Strong technical expertise in compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and reward modelling
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
