Looking for a role where you can shape the future of reward? We're seeking a Senior Reward Manager to implement the delivery of our Pensions and Insured Benefits strategy across TUI UK & Ireland and deliver our wider reward framework to support around 10,000 colleagues across our Airline, Head Office and Retail teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with the Head of Reward – UK&I to deliver our Reward strategy
  • Act as the go-to expert for all things pensions and insured benefits
  • Oversee our DC pension scheme (covering around 12,000 members)
  • Manage our insured benefits portfolio (valued at approximately £12m)
  • Manage relationships with service providers and professional advisers
  • Manage and negotiate annual renewals
  • Monitor service levels and drive continuous improvement
  • Create engaging communication campaigns to help colleagues understand and appreciate the value of benefits
  • Work with finance, payroll and HR systems teams to ensure processes run smoothly and costs are accurately tracked
  • Provide pragmatic advice and guidance to HR teams, colleague representative bodies and senior leaders
  • Collaborate with other reward teams globally to drive simplification and harmonisation

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Reward experience with a proven track record in managing Pension (preferably both DC and DB) and Insured Benefits schemes
  • Strong knowledge of pensions legislation, investment strategies and trust-based governance
  • Experience managing suppliers and professional advisers
  • Passion about financial wellbeing and understanding how different benefits interconnect
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences

  • Lead, coordinate and deliver key reward processes within our region (e.g. pay review, annual bonus, …) and continuously search for further optimizations and improvements
  • Function as job evaluation expert within our region (BeNe, France, Morocco) and represent our region across markets (Markets+Airline)
  • Be the reward expert and sparring partner for local and international HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition (e.g. sparring partner for complex ad-hoc reward cases)
  • Support the Head of Reward and Senior Reward Lead in successfully delivering the Reward strategy within our region
  • Determine the appropriate reward analysis and sources, develop and conduct reward analysis, interpret results and make recommendations to develop and maintain effective reward programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy.   • Lead and coordinate the flexible benefits scheme (currently in Belgium)
  • Perform benchmark analysis for the different business units within the our region to compare TUI Reward practices to the market (e.g. yearly update of pay ranges in line with internal benchmark principles)
  • Determine and use the appropriate sources (benchmarking, salary surveys, …) to research market practices, trends, and regulatory requirements relating to the different aspects for our region
