As a Senior Reward Manager you will lead, coordinate and deliver different Reward processes within BeNe Region (Belgium, The Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean and Morocco) and TUI France. You will function as reward expert and sparring partner for internal HR stakeholders. You will support the development of the Regional Reward strategy and contribute to diverse Reward related projects by providing a.o. analytical support. You will closely collaborate with Reward colleagues from different regions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, coordinate and deliver key reward processes within our region (e.g. pay review, annual bonus, …) and continuously search for further optimizations and improvements
Function as job evaluation expert within our region (BeNe, France, Morocco) and represent our region across markets (Markets+Airline)
Be the reward expert and sparring partner for local and international HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition (e.g. sparring partner for complex ad-hoc reward cases)
Support the Head of Reward and Senior Reward Lead in successfully delivering the Reward strategy within our region
Determine the appropriate reward analysis and sources, develop and conduct reward analysis, interpret results and make recommendations to develop and maintain effective reward programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy. For example, by working out business cases and delivering cost impact calculations for different Reward scenario’s
Lead and contribute to diverse reward related projects, such as implementation of new pay models in different countries and business units within our region
Lead and coordinate the flexible benefits scheme (currently in Belgium)
Perform benchmark analysis for the different business units within the our region to compare TUI Reward practices to the market (e.g. yearly update of pay ranges in line with internal benchmark principles)
Determine and use the appropriate sources (benchmarking, salary surveys, …) to research market practices, trends, and regulatory requirements relating to the different aspects for our region
Consequently apply and safeguard the reward principles, preventing individual and deviating approaches
Continuously strive for improvements in the current reward policies and update reward policies and information where appropriate
Remain in close contact with the local People Services and Social Legal departments to stay informed on local legislation
Requirements:
Ideally higher education degree with relevant (e.g. compensation & benefits, payroll, reward) work experience
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
Organized and structured with natural attention to detail
Positive mind-set, with a hands-on mentality
Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
