As our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the way we run, scale, and optimise our commercial engine. You’ll own our GTM tooling, create scalable processes, and bring data-driven decision-making to life across the sales organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive revenue and performance through data – Build dashboards, reports, and performance to identify commercial growth levers. Use your insights to drive core SaaS KPIs
  • Own and manage our GTM toolstack – including Attio, Clay, Calendly, and Aircall – and ensure seamless integrations with systems like BigQuery and Segment
  • Optimize processes – Identify inefficient workflows and design CRM automations and playbooks that make our sales team faster and smarter
  • Support commercial initiatives – Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to operationalize campaigns, track results, and continuously iterate
  • Forecast with precision – Develop data-backed sales forecasts and pipeline models in collaboration with market leads
  • Enable cross-functional success – Align closely with stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure transparency, collaboration, and shared success metrics

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep commercial understanding with strong expertise in driving SaaS metrics
  • Proven experience with Hubspot, enrichment tools like Clay, and call/calendar tools (e.g. Aircall, Calendly)
  • Strong technical proficiency to implement robust automations and tracking (e.g. SQL)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and drive decisions from complex datasets
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and automations
  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
