Aiven is seeking a high-impact, strategic, and results-driven Senior Revenue Marketing Manager, Americas. Reporting to the Director, Global Revenue Marketing, you will be the primary architect of regional growth strategies designed to accelerate pipeline and drive revenue in our most critical market. This is not just an event planning role; it is a revenue-ownership role. You will bridge the gap between brand awareness and closed-won deals by designing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that target our highest-value accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Growth & Pipeline Architecture: Lead the strategy and execution of high-touch, multi-channel regional campaigns
Build the pre-event demand gen and post-event conversion paths
Design and scale high-value 'white glove' experiences
Act as a strategic consultant to the regional Sales leadership
Align marketing investment with territory goals
Operational Excellence & Leadership: Partner with Marketing Ops and Sales Enablement to optimize our tech stack
Manage a significant regional budget with full accountability
Influence the roadmap for Product Marketing and Design
Analysis, Optimization, & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Stay ahead of the curve on open-source and cloud infrastructure trends
Requirements:
5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Field Marketing within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technical environment
Deep Funnel Expertise: understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and how to influence complex, technical buying committees
Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced experience with Salesforce and intent data platforms
Experience with modern outbound tools like Clay is a major plus
Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, high-stakes initiatives and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
Technical Literacy: Comfort discussing data infrastructure (PostgreSQL, Kafka, etc.) with a technical audience is highly preferred
Based in Austin, TX: Ability to work in our Austin office in a hybrid capacity to lead regional collaboration
Exceptional Communication: ability to distill complex data into a clear narrative for executive leadership
Entrepreneurial Spirit: self-starter who identifies gaps and builds the solutions to fill them
Nice to have:
