We’re hiring a Senior Revenue Marketing Manager - Expansion & ABM to join our Revenue Marketing, Expansion team. This role will own and scale account-based and lifecycle programs across our Commercial customer segment, with a clear mandate to drive product adoption, expansion pipeline, net revenue retention, and account growth. This is a highly cross-functional, revenue-impacting role partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product to design and execute programs that directly influence expansion and retention outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers realize value faster, expand into new use cases, and grow their Fivetran footprint over time.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the expansion-focused ABM strategy for Commercial customer accounts across the full post-sale lifecycle
  • Build and scale 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs to drive expansion pipeline, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align programs to account plans, expansion motions, and revenue targets
  • Design multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to accelerate time-to-value, increase product adoption, and improve retention
  • Activate personalized expansion and cross-sell plays using product usage data, intent signals, and buying indicators
  • Deliver tailored account experiences, including personalized campaigns, content, and microsites
  • Optimize programs using engagement, product, and revenue performance data
  • Measure and report on impact across expansion pipeline, closed-won expansion, net revenue retention, and churn reduction
