As the Senior Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue optimization and maximizing overall hotel profitability through strategic pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and distribution channel optimization. This key leadership role will focus on enhancing RevPAR, ADR, and market share while ensuring the hotel remains competitive within Bali’s luxury hospitality market. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance to ensure strong commercial alignment and data driven decision making.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue and total hotel profitability
Drive pricing strategies based on demand patterns, seasonality, and market trends
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts
Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis with strategic recommendations to senior management
Oversee and optimize all distribution channels (OTA, direct, GDS, corporate, wholesale) to ensure a balanced channel mix and maximum profitability
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and industry dynamics using tools such as STR reports and other market intelligence platforms
Work closely with the Director of Commercial to align pricing strategies with promotional and sales initiatives
Provide revenue guidance to support corporate and MICE contract negotiations
Manage revenue management systems and ensure data integrity across PMS, CRS, and RMS platforms
Leverage technology to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency
Deliver regular revenue performance reports to the General Manager and regional leadership
Monitor key KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, GOP, and Market Penetration Index (MPI)
Lead and develop the revenue team to achieve high performance standards
Foster a strong data driven and analytical culture within the department
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Strong understanding of Bali’s hospitality market dynamics, including leisure, MICE, corporate, and wholesale segments
Proven expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy, yield management, and distribution optimization
Proficiency in PMS, RMS, STR reporting tools, OTA extranets, and advanced Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with hands on execution capability
Strong leadership and cross department collaboration skills
